ACCOMMODATION

　　There are 4 dormitory buildings on UIBE campus available for international students to live. If student plans to reside on campus, he/she needs to submit the Accommodation Application Form during the study application.

　　Huibin House

　　offers 198 standard rooms and 9 spacious suites. Each double-bed room is equipped with fine furniture and modern facilities, including a telephone, a TV set, an air conditioner, a private bathroom and so on. The House also has a computer center, a multifunction hall, a gym, a laundry and a coffee shop. Public kitchens are on each floor. At present, the rent for long-term students is RMB 100/day for a standard room and RMB 160/day for a suite.

　　Huide Apartment and Huicai Apartment

　　have a total of 260 apartments. Each apartment includes a spacious sitting room, double-bed sleeping room, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. The rent for long-term students is RMB 130 ~ 140 per day. There is a coffee shop and laundry room at Huide Apartment.

　　Huicai Economy Dormitory

　　has 89 double-bed rooms in which are equipped with a TV set, an air-conditioner, and fine furniture in every room. It has a public shower room and a toilet on each floor in this building. The rent for long-term students is RMB 70 per day.

　　A deposit of RMB 2000 is required when check-in and will be refunded when students check out.
